I feel fortunate that no matter how stressful my life may get at times, I know that I can always go back to Chicago for a couple of days to escape the pressure of my day to day life. When I do go back to Chicago to clear my head, I always know that my family will be there to support me in whatever way I need. Even if I just need someone to go out and eat with, I know that my family will be there to fill this role for me.

It actually hasn’t been that long since I went back to Chicago. Even though it was only for three days, I took a trip back there at the beginning of last month. I was having some trouble with my relationship, so I just needed to get out of town so that I could clear my head and think about what I wanted to do in the future. I’m very happy that I took the time to go to Chicago during this period, because even though my relationship was rocky at the time, I realized just how much I love my girlfriend, so I worked really hard when I returned to make sure things got back to where they were supposed to be.
